If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. The woman who answers the phone for this business is very VERY rude. I attempted to make a reservation request online as per their automated phone service stated I should.do. Upon clicking the reservations link I was directed to fill out some information. It asked for.my name, email and phone number but NOTHING else. The website informed me to check my.email.for further instructions. Well about an hour.passws by and no.email. I made sure to check my junk/spam mail as well. So I called back to try and get help. I got a machine and began to leave my name and contact information. While doing that someone picked up the phone. I informed her that I followed the step by step.and instructions but did not receive an email. She said well you won't get a response today but I will look it up the dates of my reservation. I explained that I did not put the dates in there because it was not asked for. I said I did not know and assumed that the email would have a link to finish my reservation request along with a spot to put the dates I would.like. Her response "Well how can I make you a reservation without knowing the dates We are a long term rental.company and most of our customers book in advance for vacations." I explained to her again dthat I did not know I would need a car until some.time.in the afternoon when my mechanic informaed.me my.vehicle was.not ready. She repeated herself as if I read unable to comprehend what was being said. She was speaking down to.me and I did nothing wrong. I do not recommend. I think her it was fine that I would take.my business elsewhere. Extremely horrible.customer service skills.

Angie provides Great service, shows up on time for pickup and drop-off at the airport. The car, while being older, was spotless and really was great--exactly as advertised at a reasonable price. Much better than other off-site options. AND it is nice to support a local business that is woman-owned.

I received an excellent service from Antje. When I urgently needed a car she found the right solution at the right price for our budget. Although we were already out of office hours she delivered the car promptly. The car was safe, clean and smelling good. I can definitely recommend this company to anyone.

My husband Tim and I have been renting a car from Angie for a couple of years and couldn't be happier! The cars are very clean and roomy. She is very organized and reliable. Angie has even been kind enough to pick us up at the airport at a very nominal fee which is an added bonus. So convenient to have someone waiting or us at baggage claim. We will be reserving our car from her for our next stay in Florida very soon.
