You can call them. They will let you know.

You do realize this is just Google Maps and information about businesses, NOT day to day operations about the business or customer service... most businesses do NOT monitor these questions even if they've claimed the business. I would suggest calling Spectrum and finding out for sure rather than asking some random person on the internet.

I don't know what Spectrum does. When it was Brighthouse, there was no charge.
