I normally don't like to leave reviews but my experience getting the right phone in my hands has been god awful. If you are looking for good service try another provider, like Verizon or AT&T. I had to go to two different stores 3 times because they sent me the wrong phone and had no idea how to exchange it. Charter Spectrum or dare I say it "Sharter"

Makes the DMV feel like a breeze. Manager standing around doing what?? Will never know.. Seven people waiting after “checking in” just to pick up a new modem. Staff awful.

If Putin were asked if he would prefer to be executed by firing squad or forced to talk to customers service reps to Spectrum, I honestly believe he would ask for some time to think about it, and having just tried to work with Spectrum, I don’t blame him in the least. There are tons of examples in modern life of horrible customer service but none zero nada as bad as a Spectrum.

While the staff at this location can be helpful, the service and phone support from this company are abysmal. Employees adding services without consent can take months to remove from your account without any accountability or financial reimbursement for those extra charges.

Spectrum Santa Monica is open 6 days a week. However, they are available 24/7 @ their toll free number. In case of service outages, they undoubtedly have representatives answering calls and service technicians that are "on-call" for such unforseen circumstances.
