Love this place so much. I don't know how they do their hiring process, but HR must have the emotional IQ of Buddha because everyone there is so genuinely nice. Never thought I would say I actually look forward to going to the Dentist but here we are. 10/10

This practice seated a crown incorrectly (they had an ASSISTANT seat it versus a DENTIST) which has caused me months of pain and cosmetic issues. As I was moving out of state, they said they would either credit me or find me a dentist in my new town to fix the issue. They never followed up with me regarding finding a dentist in my new town. When visiting Missouri, I called them to see if they could fix the crown, but they were unable to accommodate my schedule (was there for Holidays). Several months later, they re-billed my insurance and today I received a collection notice for over $2000.00. We filed a BBB complaint and they better make this right. They should have contacted us before making such a dramatic move of sending us to collections for something I didn't even owe. They are lucky I haven't sued for my botched procedure or HIPAA violations (they sent my personal information to a collection agency without my signed authorization and dentist wanted me to email her PHI through my personal GMAIL account). ***UPDATE*** "Celeste" couldn't find me in their system. Gave her my account number. Then she said I didn't owe anything and would mail me a statement reflecting this. She said that she didn't have my address updated in their system. She said the debt was "written off." "Wrote it off because we received the insurance check after the bill went out." Then she said I DO owe the 1, 944.50? Said insurance paid for "two half crowns." So I told her yes, then you were paid for ONE crown and I need to be credited for ONE crown. Then she placed me on hold for ten minutes until I had to hang up, which I think was the goal. *Update 9/16/22* Was told by Anna she would be "speaking to legal team" and contact me on Monday 9/12/22 but I have not heard back from anyone.

I cannot say enough about the staff, and the Doctors. These wonderful people are so great to work with. I I’ve unfortunately had to have a lot of work done, and wouldn’t have rather gone elsewhere. Thanks LDC!

I think they are absolutely wonderful! I have never had a bad experience and love their dental care. Anytime I have had questions, they always treat me with respect and genuine concern; the customer service is great. I'm so sorry you have had a bad experience. ❤
