So, lets get this straight so everyone can know, because this is ridiculous. 1) You guys do not care about security. This is evident on multiple occasions where you expose critical infrastructure (An emergency device older then 10 years on the internet to see!) or your website is taken over (about 11 months ago, redirected to a Russian store). Not only that, but upon asking about if you have any protections against traffic floods/DoS attacks, you just "take it"? Are you serious? 2) While the lady at the front desk is kind enough to help and do what she can, the others (which I presume are either engineers or assistants) on site are a-holes. After reporting to YOU that your DASDEC (Once again, an EMERGENCY DEVICE USED TO INFORM OTHERS ABOUT A CRITICAL EVENT IN TOWN) was exposed for everyone to see, I was given attitude. 3) I can count at least 10 times in 2022 alone, you have gone out for at least an hour. 10. And that isnt even counting the other times where I wasnt even getting 60% of my speeds (I have those on file!). 4) You/your team has yet to update your pricing. I dont think its a very good idea to continue to have 250Mbps at a higher price then 1000Mbps/1Gbps. 5) The after-hours call center you have hired only passes along messages. I dont see a point in them if you just use a voicemail box. At least provide them a secure way of somewhat assisting or hire more to help. (Maybe it would be a good time to assist those at EWU getting some sort of computer science degree/networking cert for this!) 6) Every time I have made a complaint or issue, if its not the modem that has been replaced (i.e. trying to diagnose speed issues) I am left in the dark. No reply, no data coverage, nothing. 7) Got an outage and youre a client here? Good luck knowing till the next day if its you or them (its probably them). They have no status page to inform you of upcoming network upgrades or potential outages on the network.

Great price for 1000mb(1gb) download speed. Switched from century link that was 30mb for almost the same price. Always answer the phone and willing to help out!

When the internet is connected it’s okay. As of writing this my speed is 89mbps download and 21.7mbps upload (I’m paying for 100mbps)Over priced in my opinion but in a Cheney it’s going to be the best you can do. BUT…… the problem is the internet is almost never connected! I receive disconnections not daily, but hourly! There have been times where I have going hours without a stable connection. Sometimes on very, very rare occasions it’s justified from snow/rain storms or when we get that once per year bad wind storm. But 99% there’s no reason. Is not uncommon for me to be in the middle of an important video conference for my job and my feed just disconnects. If there was better competition I’d leave in a heart beat. If DCI could fix this I’d easily give them at least a 4star. Edit, it’s been 24 hours and since writing this post my internet has been disconnected 31 times (while I’ve been awake). I can’t wait for competition to come into Cheney and wipe this company out.

I have NO problems with Davis Communications internet in Cheney. Especially since they changed the feed to Eastern. I have 50Mb down and 10 up, very, minimal disruptions and good service when I call I would, and have,recommended them.

It's not the modem going out all the time, it's the service. The problem is that there isn't any better options in Cheney.
We paid less for better service with comcast
