I got a medium length hair cut as a guy. I showed a photo, but was skeptical as I was being talked through the haircut process. End result was better than the photo, better than I thought possible. Amazing work. Attention to deal and the extra care was a treat. Hot towels, lightly scented water (spray), electric shaver for neck hairs. My beard was touched up without asking, and it was a needed improvement. My S.O. is very impressed too. I'll be returning. 11 out of 10.
