I have been a resident since 2016. I love it here! Everyone is so friendly. The office staff is knowledgeable and always happy to help with any questions I may have. The maintenance department is wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and we'll maintained. It's a wonderful place to call home! 😊

Current Resident

When I first moved in management was welcoming and appropriate. After living here for a couple years we’ve gone through changes of a new owners of the apartment complex as well as new management teams. The management team is a very belittling and seems like there are new rules every day being sent via email that weren’t rules the week prior. This apartment complex used to be a community of neighbors who got along and did events together (as well as COVID appropriate events). Now more people have moved out in the course of six months and people are not satisfied. None of the locks on the gates ever work. When I say never work, I don’t mean that they’re always unlocked… They are always locked and jammed where a key cannot fit through it I’ve spent hours outside waiting to get in due to the key system not working. And they continue to refuse to fix the access box in the front which would make it a lot easier when our keys are jammed in the door can’t be unlocked to get assistance. Some of the management team tries very hard but due to Monica and Vanessa’s ability to be professional and respectful were always end up hurting the complex.

New ownership - wonderful community friendly improvements. New management staff - courteous and professional While one can’t chose their neighbors, we can chose our community. Sierra Vista Apartments are a great place to call home. 1 year in and the-signing a new lease. Elizabeth-here is where I’m happy.
