We have lived her for a year and a half. We have the two master bedroom suites. We love the amenities! Tennis courts, pools, jacuzzi and playgrounds are all fabulous. The dog park is an added bonus even though we don’t have puppies it was a treat to visit with them. The office is efficient and always helpful. It’s a pleasure to live here ❤️

Hi, I’m a new resident at this community and to the Redlands area in general. Moved in June 2022. This is my first time living in an apartment as I used to live in a home in Rancho Cucamonga. It is quite costly to live here but O am happy with my amenities. I rent a 2b2b full renovated. What I will say is that I am pleased with location, it’s an apartment so my expectations aren’t too high but I’m reasonable… my unit is very quiet and neighbors are friendly (no one really ventures outside except to walk their pets). The maintenance team are on par. They are quick and responsive and friendly, (shout-out to Jonathan and Manny) and I’ve had them come out several times for minor issues. The leasing office is friendly as well however, they are non responsive like the other commentators state. Every time you call they always have different people working and the person who was supposed to follow up on your concern they are always out “sick”, but again when I do call they are friendly. I was advised they are currently training new staff and so that is their reason for the lack of coverage. If you want something done go to the leasing office, though they are forgetful. A manager was supposed to call me back with a credit that was owed to me, they never called me back but when I checked my portal account the credit was taken care of 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ One of my gripes is sewage collection. This is a complex that houses over 500 units, and burtec only comes out once a week, Friday’s (sometimes they come on Thursday). A day or two after trash is picked up the dumpsters are literally full and it’s disgusting, please come out at least twice a week. It’s a cute community that is pet friendly so maintaining the landscape is a must. My second gripe are all the cars that park along the sidewalk! We need more parking. There is reserved carport parking but if you have a multifamily household generally you get two spots designated if you have a 2b2b and the rest parking are in open spots. But folks like to park along the sidewalk for some reason!!! That is tacky! I am tired of driving in to see cars parked along the side walk when there are plenty of open spaces. Leasing office, please paint those areas red. It’s so congested that sometimes you cannot see around the corner when driving, you’re liable to get into an accident. For the person who mentioned about the water being off, this does happen, not too frequent and you do get an email for which buildings this pertains to. Sometimes there is no mass communication if the water will be resolved relatively quick (though this is an annoyance- woke up one day to take a shower around 10am and the water was off). They are repainting the entire property as well. 6 months in I’ll come back to this review and see if my thoughts have changed.

We have not had hot water for several months now. Despite several calls, visits to the office, and messages our issue remains unresolved. It is absolutely disappointing to be a tenant here.

Despite what previous reviews had said they sent us an email to let us know that the water would be shut off. So that comment is kinda irrelevant but they have been updating the whole complex and repairing many things. And every time I have asked the front office they have been very kind and helped me with any of my requests or needs with my apartment.

Yes. They will raise the rent every year. I was told in January 2021 they will raise the rent annually as much as the law will allow with no negotiation for anyone.
