Boy did I luck out when I signed up with Michele! I met her at a house she was showing, told her my story and what I was looking for, and liked how down to earth she was. Disclosures are pieces of information about the property, neighborhood, anything relevant to the enjoyment of the home. These can come in the form of inspections, reports, bids, receipts for work done, agent observations, agent comments and sometimes the neighbors. Seller disclosures are questions asked of the seller to impart everything they know about a property and one disclosure is required by law. As realtors we have great liability with disclosures so there are many approaches to the delivery of disclosures.
