I recently had my board repaired. Honestly the third party who repairs the boards did an awesome job. Be aware the customer service/ staff members are careless when it come down to handling your board. I don’t recommend this place to do business.

New board after breaking my old one after my leash snapped. Good vibes at the surf shop. Cashier doing kick flips on practice skate board and really helpful. Third board I have purchased here.

Not sure what happened to this place over the years, but it’s NOT what it used to be. Terrible customer service at the store AND from the factory. Shoddy product. Spend your money somewhere else, you’ll thank me later.

We came in yesterday to rent a soft top board, but they did not have anything available in my size. Even though we did not get anything, the young gentleman was very kind and helpful. He gave some reccomendations and helped my partner with his questions on wetsuits. When we are back in Santa Cruz, we will come here first!

Hello my name is Eddy I live in Taos NM and am a ski patroller at Taos and I grew up in San Jose Ca , I come back home frequently and I want to get back into surfing again , it's been a while and was wondering what a good beginner board would be.

Depending on weight you want to get something that's is going to float you well. Maybe a fun board around 8ft or you can go shorter but you want the right liters so you aren't struggling catching waves. Maybe a 6ft 8 inch board but floaty enough depending on your height and weight. My friend is learning on a 6ft 8 and is doing good. It all depends ask the retailer at arrow what liters you should be on. Good luck.

Do you sell online at all? I’m from SC but had to move
