I would never ever recommend this place at all to anyone. Bought a Nintendo switch light from them for my grandson for Christmas and before my last 2 payments where made he accidentally dropped it on hard floor. I couldn't get it to come back on and finally did. Called them and took it back in to have it fixed . Was told by the guy it was probably something internal but his exact words were it would be like taking a ball bat to a new refrigerator. They sent it to be repaired and when I called after it was sent to wherever they said it was the screen and wanted a $174.00 to fix it and it was under warranty but he said I didn't have insurance on it . I wasn't offered insurance on it and I have the paperwork what all it says. It already had cost me $450.36 for it. I'm going to get a hold of there corporate office Monday because it was still under warranty. And then I'll go from there.
