It's not the modem going out all the time, it's the service. The problem is that there isn't any better options in Cheney.
They have had multiple offers from Comcast to buy them out and redo their infrastructure, which would enable us to have much higher speeds foruch lower prices but Davis has refused every offer. Current price in Spokane for Comcast at 300 Mb/s is 89.95...
And your not paying for 25mbs all the time. It’s up to 25 mbs. So 11-18 mbs is actually pretty decent for the UP TO 25 MBS plan. $70 is a bit expensive in my opinion but like Nic said, Cheney is a small town and Davis Comm is practically the only cable company.
