I just ordered an 3 piece tender meal, w cajun rice and side of Cajun gravy. There was literally 2 bites of Cajun rice. It looked liked someone had already eaten out the container. There was also no biscuit in the order. I literally spent 17 dollars on this. Seriously. And trying to call them or complain is dang near impossible. So disappointing because I love Popeyes. But I truly got jipped tonight

In the last year all my experiences seemed to not be good ones at this location. I hesitated to leave a review, seeing all the bad ones already voicing the same concerns I had, in the hopes of being able to write a good review one day. My last two visits here have been GREAT. There were people there during business hours, they pleasantly took our order, and a gentleman even brought us our food when we ate inside. Maybe there were some adjustments made to employees that made a world of a difference. Oh, and the food is always amazing, hence why I always went back!!

Service is absolutely horrible. Waiting in the drive thru line FOREVER had to repeat myself to the person taking my order multiple times because she kept getting it wrong. When I got my food the cashier was extremely unprofessional and gave me the wrong food. Didn’t realize until I drove off so I turned back. Couldn’t go inside at 8pm because the lobby was closed. Here we go again waiting in a long drive through line. MANAGEMENT REALLY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER.

Went for lunch today. Menu price for drive thru was lower than what they charged. Cashier refused to adjust price to match price as reflected on menu, claiming she has a bunch of new menu boards she hasn't put out yet... So? I cancelled my order. I refuse to do business with unethical franchises.
