This place is a dump. My daughter has had black mold in her apartment for 5 years now and it has never been fixed despite SEVERAL requests. I spoke to the manager and was told there was only 1 request put in, which is a complete lie. There are emails after emails that were sent requesting different items be fixed and they never were. Who wants to live with a broken window in their bedroom for 3 months? Who wants to live in 100+ temperatures with a broken air conditioner? When I spoke with management, blame was placed on the residents for not leaving a window cracked year round, buying a dehumidifier., etc, etc. These apartments need to be demolished as they are not safe for anyone to live in. When a different unit was requested, I was told that the rent would be higher for the same unit, despite the same floor plan and despite my daughter breathing in this toxic mold for 5 years. If anything she should receive a refund for living in such a disgusting, broken down apartment.

Friendly neighbors and nice staff. The quality of the room was average and as expected. Beware before moving here that you will live right across from the Richland Wastewater Treatment Plant. If the wind happens to blow in the direction of the apartments you will inhale noxious sewage fumes.

Directly connected to a walking path. Respectful staff... Has a pool. Nice laundry facilities with candy machines. When the laundry machines get broken they fix them! I could go on. Really good storage space... well placed dumpsters and mailboxes.

I've lived in these apartments since 2015, first in a one bedroom, then moved into a two bedroom with a roommate. While living in the one bedroom, everything was pretty nice, maintenance was responsive and the office would get back to me. When we switched to the two bedroom, slowly things started to decline. We have black mold in our bathroom, which the apartments have been notified about since our moving in and have done nothing to remedy it, other than come clean it once and tell us to leave on a fan. Out of all of my work orders I've submitted over the past year, only three have gotten answered, and one has gotten finished. The one was that finished took three months for a broken window in my bedroom. Currently, my AC has been out for over a month, barely operates and it has been over 100 degrees for the past week and we have been suffering. I've called the office 11 days ago, no one answered, I left a voicemail and still no one has called back. I really want to be patient and I really don't want to be rude, but there comes a point when you wake up drenched with sweat night after night that your patience runs out. Management, if you see this, please reach out to me and remedy my problem.

Idk about cats, but they allow dogs under 50 lbs. You have to have proof of up to date vaccinations and pay to complete an online pet profile before they will process your application.
