Advertised: 1 month @ $1,750 My Credit Card Bill: 1.5 months @ $5,750 Boy, was this a shock! Turns out, this is a business that exploits people using paperwork. It's perfectly legal, turns out. (Read the fine print ...) Vicinity writes: "oh, but there MUST be a misunderstanding ... call us, maybe?" NO misunderstanding. We were in D-140. YOU want to call me and give me the $4,000 back you ALREADY have my number. I'm not holding my breath. And I pray your business does not prosper. UPDATE: Move-out fees charged, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE: $529.00. Mind you, we were in the apartment 1 month and put two holes in the wall to hang a TV from. We are responding in-writing to let them know that we contest this fee--especially in light of the $4,000 they charged us to move out early. What was the $4,000 for? Am I cow that gives money instead of milk?

We have lived at Vicinity for a little more than 6 months. We have felt safe and comfortable while living here. We have had great interactions with the staff and Adriana has always been helpful. When we moved in we knew we were moving into a construction zone and that amenities would follow as the complex grew and time permitted. We are loving the gym & dog run and look forward to the pool, when it is completed.

Nice apartments, friendly staff and maintenance team. Secure room for parcels so they are not stolen. Great workout room as well. 👍

I’ve heard reviews for these apartments are being removed. As a local guide, let’s see if this one sticks. Here are the issues with these apartments: 1 - Community hot water tanks. Want a hot shower? Too bad. Better plan for one at 3am when, hopefully, your neighbor isn’t showering. Or taking a bath. Or filling up the washer. 2 - Lots areas unfinished. Paint missing, areas exposed on balconies, the pool isn’t even in! 3 - The staff don’t seem to enjoy their jobs. Say good morning to them and you’ll be lucky to be acknowledged. 4 - Having a package delivered? It’ll go in a room with all other packages. Nothing will be labeled. 5 - You’re paying full price for the amenities to not be there. 6 - Internet is down? Go check out the room where everyone’s line comes in. Because it’s unlocked! Anyone can walk in and simply disconnect the internet to your apartment. Also, no Ziply (fiber internet), even though it was promised at move in. 7 - Approaching the coldest week of winter and NO HEAT! “They are doing the best they can” to fix it. Ok, the good parts: 1 - New and nicer apartments that are modern, considering they still need to finish painting. 2 - Great fitness and common area. 3 - Dog park is awesome, and they just added dog waste stations. 4 - The pool will eventually be a nice area to hang out. 5 - Great location if you work at the Hanford area or North Richland. They have a lot of room for growth, and it will only get better. Staff should be friendlier and accept feedback (whomever has previously removed reviews should be ashamed of trying to hide issues). We currently are offering 6-12 months!
Sacajawea for Elementary. Chief Joe for Middle School. Hanford High School.
We have walk in closets in most of our floorplans.
We will have a dog park later this year! We also have a pet spa in our clubhouse!
We will have both available this summer!
They still don't have a pool built or after hours access to the club house which means no gym/pet spa. No word on if they'll actually get a pool this year, have been told they won't, not worth it
All of our apartment homes do have stainless steel appliances!
Yes!
