We love Riverspointe! My children and myself relocated to Richland, WA from a small rural town quite aways away! Needless to say my kids had a few reservations and as mom i was trying to find "HOME"... WE found it. We came into the office a couple Saturdays ago and felt instantly at home! The mature landscape the beautiful sceneey, the location ect... we were greeted by Emily that day, who instantly was compassionate knowledgable about what Riverpointe offered we were given the tours! We applied that day! April had swung by on her day off and ended up doing everything she could to get us secured and completed and ready to move in the next weekend! It absolutely blessed our lives! We are so grateful and honestly still in shock that everything we needed and wanted was available! April and Emily helped changed my families future with the service they provided and their ability to listen to our wants and apply them! THANK YOU RIVERPOINTE, but bigger THANKS TO APRIL AND EMILY!

Riverpointe apartments offer a great location and have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ms. April is the on-site manager and is absolutely amazing in every aspect and detail of her job. She has an expeditious answer and response to your issues and concerns no matter the time of day and always gets right back to you. April has gone above and beyond in dealing with the problems with the on-site gym and hot tub. They offered me a great living experience and made sure every concern I brought to their attention was addressed quickly and effectively.

The patios are not fenced in and I'm sorry I don't know if you can pay for the full year up front. I agree with the previous person that I would think they would. I also agree about the dog owners not picking up the dog poop. Some areas are worse than others and what's extra annoying is seeing people coming from the other apartment complex coming over to use Riverpoint's areas for their dogs and not picking it up.
