Update after their reply: They did not talk to the landscaping company and they still do LOUD yard work and wake you up at 7am. Woke up our whole family again today. This apartment complex clearly has no care for their residents. Don’t live here if you don’t wake up at 6am everyday, they wake the whole block up at 7 am because lawn care is more important then their tenants having a nice quiet morning. Do it in the evening if it’s too hot. You’re waking up babies and sleep deprived parents. That’s just wrong.I hope someone runs a mower outside the managers window every morning so you can understand how disturbing it is and happens at least once a week or multiple of they are leaf blowing and weed eating as well. So disappointing.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I had to threaten to sue for a leaking window that was flowing directly into an electrical socket that was left unfixed for MONTHS. Constantly there were ants, even if the apartment was spotless. After spraying for ants, there would be, MORE ants.Their service is unprofessional, they never answer the phone no matter how often you call, and you can't leave a message because their mailbox is full, no doubt filled with unsatisfied tenants. Don't expect a callback either. Strangers will park in your spot and they refuse to tow or even give you the name of their towing company, so get used to guest parking. NEVER go here if you can avoid it, not worth the trouble of even calling.

I have had items stolen from my vehicle, I have had a bag stolen from outside my apartment, I have had my car stolen from my parking space. I called and informed the office with no call back or response of any kind. My neighbor has had their car stolen from this complex in the past and said they received the same treatment.

We have lived here for 3 years. We really enjoy living here. It is a quiet, well maintained complex. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to our needs. When we have needed maintenance, the staff has always been here promptly to take care of what ever we have had. Management is in the process of upgrading the exterior of the buildings. It looks nice.
