There has never been any black mold in any unit, however residents that do not ventilate their apartments properly have found mild growth that they have mistaken for "black mold"
I noticed the mold after living there for only a couple of weeks and there was quite a bit of mold. I let the manager know, but nothing was ever done. I did end up opening most (sometimes all) of my windows (during the winter) to try and keep my family and myself as safe as possible. That is completely unacceptable... PERIOD!!!!!
