The place is ok ...but they don't really go threw with what they say they will do ... I talked to them about a neighbor that has two young chickens running around and they aren't supposed to be here I asked the office manager to do something she said she would but then today just now they are still running around I called again and got a hold of maintenance I also called animal control and left word. Hopfully something happens soon.. This lady who has them leaves them in a box without any water in the hot sun. I don't think she even gives them any food or water they just scavenging for them self if they can get free

My apartment is falling apart, the fridge and oven have been broken for months. They won't come and fix it unless it's a matter of life and death. family and I feel sick every time we enter our apartment from the mold. These apartments are worse than the apartments in the ghetto in LA.

Extremely money hungry people. They own the property that they will not maintain the safety of their renters. Lighting on the or side of the building is uncalled-for. Six to seven months with no overall lighting, back of the building, in the middle of the parking lot, kids think it's fun to harass other tenants. The list goes on and on. No enforcement is done to get and keep things in order and maintained.
