The patios are not fenced in and I'm sorry I don't know if you can pay for the full year up front. I agree with the previous person that I would think they would. I also agree about the dog owners not picking up the dog poop. Some areas are worse than others and what's extra annoying is seeing people coming from the other apartment complex coming over to use Riverpoint's areas for their dogs and not picking it up.
I m sure they are ok with upfront paying. Only balconies are fenced. The landscaping is trashed in areas buy uncontrollable dogs. These owners should be kicked out.
