The worst company I have ever seen. I just just swore at by my lawyer, telling me he wasn't having the conversation at 8:15am in the morning when thy open at 8:00am. Not to mention he was a bo show no call on August 3rd for my court date that I took 2 hour's out of my life to be too. How completely disrespectful! I WOULD NEVER EVER GO WITH WHATEVER TOU WANT TO CALL THESE PEOPLE. Completely unprofessional and rude!!

i went here and it was an awful experience. multiple people tried to run away, no privacy, people did stick and pokes with calligraphy ink, snorted and snuck drugs in, did piercings with safety pins, andsome of the staff was awful too. one girl was having a breakdown at the table and when she asked to go outside the staff took her and sat on their phone as she was going through and panic attack and in and out of cautiousness. instead of getting the nurse she texted the night RC (recovery coach) "this is what youre walking into." so awful. the girls there were mean and some very scary things happened including physical fights. although there were some pluses the groups were overall pretty boring and didnt keep you engaged. i eventually was pulled out because my parents felt that it wasnt safe to keep me there any longer.

My 13 year old daughter was admitted December of 2020 with mild Anorexia. By January 2021 she had lost 12 pounds, had severe Anorexia and landed at Doernbecker Children’s Hospital. The staff at Clementine wasn’t concerned. This was normal. I had been too stressed to do adequate research before making the decision to admit her. We were scared. Clementine is a manualidad treatment Program meaning they follow a manual. The therapists are nice if inexperienced. None of the staff seem knowledgeable about research based practice. They do care. They did help her communicate. They inadvertently made her worse. There is no longitudinal research that shows their program works. There is lots of good longitudinal research that shows that Family Based Treatment works. It has a 90% recovery rate even five years out. Clementine can’t compete with that. Check out FEAST-Ed. They can help. Call. Talk to someone before you decide. The staff at Clementine are very nice, caring people. They just don’t know what works. My daughter was there for four months with minimal progress. I discharged her against clinical and medical advise still drinking all her meals and only eating solid snacks. At home I got her on solid food within three days. A month later she’s weight restored, her depression is gone, and her cuts are healed. She no longer has the pressure of fighting that eating disorder herself, feeling terribly anxious, and cutting herself to (?) compensate maybe. I make those choices for her. I’m fighting the eating disorder with her, for her. Now she’s healing. She now has the option to plate her own food. She acts like she wants freedom but maybe her healthy self doesn’t really want it because she’s always tired when I offer it! She’s healing at home. Your child can too. And so much faster!! If you have to choose residential, know that the team at Clementine will care for your child, support you, and they won’t let your kid die. They’re good people.

Easily the best mental health program in Oregon! Their not just incredible with helping you start your path to recovery for an eating disorder their also great at helping with additional mental disorder that you may suffer with. I highly recommend this place to anyone suffering with an eating disorder! VERY warm and welcoming, I developed many great friendships with clients and the staff are the sweetest staff I’ve ever met! This place saved my life, I was here for 5 months since I was really deep in my ED and they never gave up on me unlike other places. We need more places like this one!
