Camden Rainey is an awesome location for anyone looking to be close to the action. One of the best parts of this property is the leasing staff. They are incredibly helpful from start to finish. They go above and beyond to ensure that all matters are taken care of and resident issues are being addressed. Namely, Katie, has been a huge help when it comes to leasing and making the process seamless. Alma is also a great asset to the team and goes out of her way to assist! Would highly recommend!

Operations are incredibly well ran by our leasing team (big shout out especially to Katie and Alma). They always have smiles on their faces no matter what, are friendly/welcoming, and attentive with an immediate response to any queries I’ve had. I have rented here for 6 months so far and it has been a very pleasant experience with no issues. Keep up the excellent work team!

My wife and I recently moved across the country, and chose Camden on Rainey St having never visited the apartment complex in person. We're now ~1 month in, and we're glad we made this choice! Working with the staff to do a remote tour, sign the lease, & everything else was easy. Not to mention, the staff was responsive to all of our calls, emails, questions, and even custom requests! We felt confident in choosing the building (before seeing it in person) because the staff was so responsive & professional. The building itself is good quality with plenty of amenities (including an EV charger in the garage, which was a pleasant surprise!). Note that if you're looking to regularly drive in/out of the building, this will be a challenge on Friday/Saturday nights, given how busy Rainey St can be. Overall, very good experience!

The leasing team at Camden Rainey is probably one of the most positive, reliable and social that I've interacted with. Katie is always ready to help with any questions or issues that I may have and she will usually slip in a funny joke or a silly story to brighten up the day. Whether its packages, an issue in your apartment, or reserving a meeting room, she'll take care of you. Oh, and a little tip - if you talk to Katie, mention the super secret salsa deal. Bonus points if you bring some ;)
