Update: I have been charged $300 as “base rent” even though I had paid the rent in full earlier. Despite my many emails, the building management hasn’t bothered responding about it. I have been staying here for 1.5 years and the quality of the living has just decreased. The management of apartment is terrible. My service requests had remained open for months and then suddenly closed without any action. Some of the gym equipment has remained broken over a year and never fixed. And when I reported that my package had been stolen (which was delivered by Fetch - the third party employed by management), the management replied that they can't do anything about it. The stair corridors and parking are very dirty and rarely cleaned. The quality of furnishings in the apartment is very poor. My living room floor has become slanted. The only positive thing about here is that the location is good. But I would much rather recommend Echo and Camden which have same location and much better amenities and management.

Moved in and washer didn’t work and only got replaced because I was at the office every day. One of my restroom’s toilet exploded and got toilet water all over me. Our kitchen sink drain doesn’t drain (who knows when that and the toilet will get fixed; put in device request for more minor things three weeks ago and no one’s come to fix). When we moved in the place was not particularly clean. The halls are dirty. The building doors are always open. Saw a homeless guy washing his clothes in our pool.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this seems to be the only way to get my point across. We have had a very bad leak in our apartment bathroom for months now. We have submitted multiple service request and each time the maintenance has been dismissive and haven’t fixed the problem. There is now mold growing on our ceiling and on our cabinets from the leak. We are very concerned if it is safe or not to breathe it in. When we complained to maintenance about it they said that they recommend us cleaning it ourselves. Hopefully the complex starts to take this seriously, for the health and wellness of us and the next tenets that occupy the apartment.

I've had a great experience living at Residences at the Triangle thus far. The property staff has been very great about communicating and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner. Upon move in, we had a hand full of issues that needed be taken care of and management really went above and beyond to ensure our issues were prioritized.

We welcome 2 pets per apartment. Maximum weight allowed is 100 lbs. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a refundable $300 deposit per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.
