I would say only come if you have no other options. someone “helped” yesterday in a rush. Showed us two apartments that were very very expensive. He really didn’t take the time to look into other places.

best apartment locator ever!!!!!!!!!!! i knew exactly what I was looking for and because of that I was sooo picky, I was almost scared I would never find anything to my liking since I had already worked with so many other apartment locators and was "told you might have to downgrade". I found them online and thought I ought to give them a try before giving up. as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest worker ever she offered me treats as I waited and was so attentive and like she really wanted to help me if I had any questions at all she would immediately drop what she was doing and help me. The agent that assisted me as well was so helpful and really straight up and was able to find me several options and even ended up finding a gem for me at the right price and such a upgrade from what I thought I wanted. I am so grateful for their help.

Just moved to atx a month ago from Washington and I had been stressing about finding a place, since my friends that we're already here had informed me about the market here and I had looked into it myself. It was very frustrating to call every apartment and wait hours on end to be told they are filled to capacity. So a co worker told me about AAAL and cecilio was able to find me a place within a few days (I'm a bit picky) I was over the moon won't have to stress about this anymore! Thank you soo mich
