This is my second time going through A+ and let me tell you, they are simply UNMATCHED. I had the pleasure of working with Dalton this time around, and he found us an apartment THAT SAME DAY. Haley was awesome basically! I had a tight budget because I just moved here without a car. I'm going to need one now because Austin is definitely not a walkable city!🥴 There were not a lot of people who were patient enough to listen to me and tell me what "was an option" instead of "what was going to be hard to do". I already knew what I was asking for would be hard to find. That's the whole point of seeking help. Still, I knew it was possible. I didn't need someone that would ask me to take the easy route for their own convenience. She did not do this, tried her best to be considerate of what I was going through, and was very patient with me. She kept me up-to-date date as much as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Haley is the vibe!💛

LNL stands for 'Look and Lease', which basically means if you lease within a certain time period from the first time you visited the property you qualify for the special! For example a 24hr LNL, would mean you qualify if you lease within 24 hours of looking at the property. LNLs are a common type of rent special so it's important to review your apartment options quickly and stay on top of your timeline. Your apartment locator will make sure that you are aware of all the rent specials that apply to you and help you see all your options quickly so you don't loose out!

It varies a lot, but right now (Sept 2020) the older apartments on Jollyville start a little over $1000 for 2 bedrooms and can go up to over $2000 for the new apartment communities close to the Domain.
