I had a great experience renting with Brady Sullivan until my wife and I needed to separate our living situations due to her penchant for calling the cops on me for no good reason. Brady Sullivan did not offer us options that would solve the issue and allow us to feel safe. As a result there is an apartment that will sit vacant until the lease is up. Brady Sullivan runs on policies and procedures. It doesn't prioritize the needs of people over its policies and procedures. I suggest you do not rent here if you want to be treated like a human being whose needs matter.

The place to live if you are looking for a nice, quiet, safe place in Manchester. I've been a resident for just a year now and I am in the process of renewing my lease. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Manchester. Maintenance is fantastic any issues, done same day/next day without worry. All the staff are very helpful and informative, and provide worry-free living experience. Tons of value for the price, apartments are spacious and modern and efficient.

I've enjoyed living here and the staff here is great. Everyone has been super friendly in the leasing office as well as anytime I've had maintenance in my apartment. All my maintenance requests were responded to promptly, and the staff was super helpful. My two bedroom apartment is spacious, with most of the square footage in the bedrooms and bathroom, the living/kitchen/dining area is also nicely laid out and worked perfectly with all our furniture. They did lose a star mostly for two things. 1. Parking is the worst before 4:30pm on a weekday, and everyone speeds like crazy in the McGregor St parking lot 2. The walls are SUPER thin. One neighbor really liked their loud and intense action movies with surround sound (though I will admit, I enjoyed the days they watched Harry Potter). But yeah, you can hear everything very clearly all the time. Also this is mostly personal preference, but I've found that I never again want to live in an apartment without bedroom windows. Other than that I did enjoy living here!

This place is great! There’s a freight elevator that you can use free of charge to make moving in waaaay easier. The leasing staff is always friendly and, most importantly, there when you need them. They really strive to make sure you’re happy with everything once you move in. The maintenance crew is prompt and pleasant to work with. LOVE having my own washer and dryer in my apartment and they do a great job with making the building continually clean and quiet. My wife and I went through several other apartment buildings and are very happy to finally call this place home.
