Avoid this rooming house. The manager claims he is categorized as a hotel and not a rooming house although that is not true. I lived there for a month and a half and usually paid my rent in advance . He will find a reason to evict you when you are paid in advance keep your money and rent the room again you will not ever recieve your rent money back he is a liar

Yes it's for men only .very clean and it's very clean zero tolerance environment not a bad place at all if your in a pinch highly recommend
