We have lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love everything about it! The people are so friendly and the amenities are well taken care of! It’s almost like a little resort with downtown Manchester 10 minutes away!

I have lived here for two years the and I really like it compaired to other places I have lived in the past. The property is nice and the apartments are maintained. I have looked at some of the previous reviews and I think there may be some one off experiences. I have always had a quick response from maintenence and everyone in the office has always been cordial and friendly. I can understand some frustration with some of the comments about rent going up mine did too but in comparison to other places I feel like they have always been very upfront about everything. Ask for Michael if you plan on considering it he showed me the apt when I moved in and has help me many times since.

The landscape and such is always beautiful, apartments could use a bit of work here and there. Neighbors are mostly friendly. I loved my apartment in 415 than the one I live in currently, but its a first world problem. Otherwise, its pretty decent.
