The apartment is quite nice . Its not new though. The rent is too high for New Hampshire. Its the most expensive apartment .

Apartments were decent. Management staff were horrible communicators. There was no communication between them and they would allow some Tennants to do one thing but not others. As far as pets go, they did DNA swabbing for my dog but I talked to several other Tennants that had dogs and their dogs weren't DNA tested. Also one had a breed that isn't allowed according to the pet policy. Rent was very expensive and they up it every year. They require 3x rental amount for income and even though I completed all their requirements, they still wanted me to get another job to have even more income. I even offered to pay a whole year's lease up front but they said they can't do that. Several of the tennants I talked to were unhappy with the management in the office and couldn't wait to get out of there. The hallways always smelled of Marijuana or BO. Our apartment when we moved in wasn't clean enough to even have the burners working and the ceilings in the kitchen and above the kitchen cabinets were dirty with grease. They put a make-shift IKEA style closet in the smallest room and then charged me the 3 bedroom price. Gym requirements were horrible during the COVID pandemic when most gyms were relaxing mask policies, they still required them while working out! Jacuzzi was ALWAYS closed for maintenance. Mail packages being delivered were unorganized in the mail room and people were always having Packages missing. In the end, expect the staff to tell you lies or let some Tennants break the rules. I would not recommend living there.

The staff is so friendly and nice here. Around the property is always so clean and the newly added dog park has been amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

We only left because of a job relocation! This place is the best in the area! The staff in the office, the maintenance crew and the landscaping company were the best! State of the art gym and in indoor and out door pool! Great place for daily walking, around the grounds or around the neighborhood! Not only did we feel safe there, we also felt at home! We are definitely going to miss Waterford Place! Great location and close enough but far enough from the highway!
