These apartments seem like Section 8 apartments. The management does not care about its tenants. No security on site, you have to call and takes them 30 minutes to get there. Also car neighbors and neighborhood. The management is terrible. Lots of sirens all day/night. You can hear hun shots in the neighborhood. All and all. It was a bad experience. Unruly neighbors and management will not intervene. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone and have been spreading the word.

I have lived here for 2 years and I love it here! Marsha and Heather in the office are extremely helpful and the maintenance team works quickly and efficiently to get work orders completed. I would definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family.

These apartments are way over priced. The maintenance people won't actually fix anything, just slap some paint on it and call it out fixed. I have mold growing in my bathroom. They said it's not but the ceiling in my kids bathroom caved in. IT'S MOLD🙄 a bunch of new people have moved in are the most disrespectful people in the world. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

They took my “non-refundable” $90 application fee promising me I had the apartment when I was upfront about my situation, then refused to rent it to me. Very dishonest. Just be aware they will take your money. Response to Owner Reply: I was given a move in date after I disclosed the information regarding my situation to your apartment manager! I’m a single Mom with a disabled child! What you did was morally and ethically wrong, and I should report you to the Texas Apartment Association.
