I moved here about 4 months ago and I absolutely love it. Most apartment complexes in the area are owned by huge corporate organizations with poor Management, but TBG is owned by the people who run it, and it shows. I've never lived anywhere who fulfills maintenance requests within 24hrs (emergency or non-emergency). They also send out updates constantly that keep the residents safe and even their pets (ie, bobcats wander the property sometimes and they always send messages to say to avoid walking pets because of a bobcat sighting). My apartment itself is newly renovated. My upstairs neighbor even informed me that prior to me moving in, the resident before me left the apartment in total disarray and that the complex spent months fixing all the damages. I can tell they spent time and money making sure the apartment was up to par rather than cheaply covering up damages. My cat loves the apartment as well with the huge windows and natural sunlight. The only issue I've had is just a couple of roach sightings, but it seems to be a new problem for my neighbor and I and they are actively taking care of the issue and staying on top of it. I can't say enough about this complex and the management. Please consider this place when looking for a new place to live.

My sister lives at this beautiful community and I love visiting her, she has a three bedroom that feels like a home! You don’t get that anymore, so I decided to lease here too (my sister is not so happy to have me a couple buildings away-lol)! I’ve had a million questions and Jackie and Mary have been AMAZING! Besides the wonderful floor plans, I leased because of their excellent customer service!

The roof has not been repaired/replaced in well over a year... See for yourself when you drive down Trinity Blvd as they are covered with tarps. The exterior façade needs repainting and trim work. Overall a great place, however they lack in keeping the integrity of the building in good shape.

The apartment complex it self is a great area and well kept I've been here for almost 4 years and through two management companies and neither one has ever seemed to care one bit about the parking situation for its residents. They'll send out an email or two every so often if enough people make a fuss about it and then nothing. Even sending them a direct message they wont have the courtesy to answer you back, so if you want to pay a lot of money for frustration and a good view this is an excellent place to live.
