horrible complex , won’t turn AC on until middle of summer , roach & rat infested , Will lock your clothes in the laundry room , laundry room is filthy clothes barely dry and only maybe 3 washers work , others are filled with water or old clothes . Leaks in apartment , always have to call code compliance and Maintenance requests don’t get fixed , management is unprofessional don’t move here save your money , they want rent but you will live uncomfortably it’s not worth it .

My friend lives here. They have rats. And don’t seem to care to fix the problem. She is paying $1,400+ for a rat infested apartment complex. So unsafe and so unfair. Looked at reviews from TWO YEARS AGO and they said they were getting new management supposedly but the rats are STILL here. Not to mention you can’t control your own AC and if you’re living in Texas, you need to be able to. Hot one day, cold the next. Multiple other issues I can name but the rats should do it for you. Don’t move here.

Do I have to leave a star before I start my review? Ms. Melissa or any capable advocate representing the property. This has been an every single day issue! In the past 30 days, I have drove over here 8 different times to check out the neighborhood. Do I need to post a new picture every single day or just anticipate a change in management due to the past reviews? However the leasing agent Madalyn is amazing, unfortunately it is the property that would hold me back! ...... oh wait, is this the part where I'm going to hear that y'all are now under new management? Resign or set a standard for yourself at least!
