I moved to the Upper Valley from a large metropolitan area, so I am used to having a huge selection at very big (but local) nurseries. I had ordered through the mail from Gardeners Supply in the past, so I was excited to be able to visit now that we are near by. I first visited in early April and was very disappointed. Still the widest selection around, but the selection of perennials was bleak. Based on that visit, they would have earned two stars. This past week, I was hunting for some oak leaf hydrangeas. No luck elsewhere, so I came back to GS. The selection of plants had grown tremendously! Clearly, the best inventory around. They likely would have earned a fourth star if they had any oak leaf hydrangeas in the yard. Any… Like I said, I have been conditioned to expect a selection of a genus. But, not a single choice here. Sigh.

My first time in since it changed ownership, the young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful in my quest to find a tomato cage!

It's lovely to have a garden center here in the Upper Valley. And GSC is a nice one, but their prices are quite high. Perhaps because there's little competition in the immediate area. The staff are great! Very helpful, smart, generous with their time and advice. And they have a decent selection of plants, tools, gardening supplies, mulches, and stone. Still, the prices! Aie yie yie!

I'm obsessed. It's a problem. I've acquired so many pandemic house plants my living room is basicallya jungle ... but this place is wonderful. You can find everything from the super trendy stromanthe to the reliable pothos. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

They have a couple different sorts. They are a LITTLE more expensive, however , they are better quality. As a side note they are an employee owned business as opposed to Wallyworld or HD.
On Google it says "Defoliation of blueberry plants may be a sign of fungal infection. For example, phytophthora root rot, caused by Phytophthora cinnamomi, is most severe during spring and fall and causes leaf symptoms that include chlorosis, reddening and defoliation."
Yes!
Yes they do
They should do fine given what they are. You may want to cover them if they are out in the open, if you have them under cover they should do fine
We have the gilbralta azalea which has an orange flower. Azaleas are considered a Rhody. Is this what you are looking for?
