I've never been treated so rudely spoken to while trying to lease a apartment! The young lady helping me was truly awesome... However, the manger there Sonya Burkett spoke to me ( a applicant ) as if I was a boy! I dare not live under her management... I feel bad for the personal that work under her leadership! Ms. Keiaudrea worked diligently with me to secure a lease just to loose me as a client! She was punished for her supervisor rudeness! That's terrible! Shame on you Sonya Burkett!

I give a one star because I can't give a zero. We were threatened with eviction this morning if we didn't take down this review. The manager contacted my niece and threatened eviction if we didn't take it down. This is retaliation and is illegal. Help!

This is my 2nd apartment ever and i love it !!! Every time i had an issue, management and maintenance crew always stepped up and did what they can to fix it. The office staff are very understanding and definitely do care for their community. It’s a very quiet and well kept apartment complex, the neighbors are friendly as well. 10/10 recommend these apartments!!

Would you agree that what makes a community great is the people living in it and how they carry themselves, the amenities being offered for the price one pays, and the service and professionalism provided to the tenants by the people in charge of running the community? With that in mind, let’s say that if one “lets live to be left to live” one would be able to mange living here and one would be in peace. But the issue still remains, the tenant’s values as well as their behaviors may be pleasant or insulting to others whom live here as well and possibly dangerous. How does one cope in a community filled with “thugs wanna be,” low class in mannerism, and dirty individuals? Some of these tenants need to learn good manners in every sense of the word. How will you go about dealing or coping with them? As far as the amenities being offered here, do Not be fooled by their advertising because none of the amenities are true or honored here by the company. The comfortable to the eye environment, welcoming, and cleanliness you will see on their webpage is nothing but a way for them to lure Apartment Hunters in and nothing more. The facade of the Club House is a dishonest scheme the Company uses to paint a perfect picture of a home environment. Additionally, the price per square feet is not cheap and it would always go up each lease term though no updates will be made to Your Unit. Moreover, the individuals in charge of maintenance, administration, and community infrastructure development updates are people one as a tenant cannot count on. This company is only interested in leasing the units as they are for a high price. Their maintenance crew aren’t experts on repairs and if they do happened to visit your unit after one submits a Repair Order, they will ONLY patch the issue whatever it may be therefore, the issues will always be there. Another words, they will avoid replacing damage or broken items or repairing them permanently in order to save the company money. The administration personnel within the Community’s Leasing Office with the power to approve or oversee repairs, to allow the enjoyment of the for e.g., Club House, pool, and workout room, are not interested in opening the doors of the club house for tenants during work hours or after hours. The enjoyment you might think you will have will be cut short if they need to leave to show an apartment Unit to a future resident and Current paying Residents will be asked to leave the Club House and treated as strangers or trespassers. In the same manner, the pool will not always be open during the season that needs to be open for the enjoyment of Us, Current paying Tenant’s. The machines in the workout room are damaged and they will not be replaced. Keep in mind, that I take the time to write about this because if You decide to lease an apartment Unit here You should reconsider. Leasing here would be a mistake for the factual reasons listed above. But if You are on a budget and cannot afford to lease elsewhere or are not approved elsewhere please consider the facts listed in my review and please Do Not be fooled by their presentation and subliminal messages the company has created for you Apartment Hunter on their webpage in order to trust them your move in or your stay here will be a pleasant one. Be advised that the pictures attached are the actual conditions of their Units when the staff members at the leasing office state, "Your Unit is move in ready" they mean that your unit will look like the pictures attached to my review show i.e., full of cow-webs, dirt and dust, broken woodwork or other items, cabinets with water damage, broken or old sinks, there will be left in items or trash from previous tenants, damage cabinets and uneven repairs done or none at all, and missing items e.g., light bulbs, light fixtures, screen doors just to name a few. In the same respect, be advised that rent will still go up during renewal of your lease though your Unit will still look the same as when you received it during your moved in, without any repairs or updates done to it.

Usually you have to be at least 18 years old to be a leaseholder.
They do run background checks and i cant say with 100 percent accuracy and they will or not. Give them a call and ask about the requirements for renting. Good luck!
They have small stackable washer and dryer.
We were told they are not able to accept section 8. You can call to see if that has changed it has been over 6 months.
You have to go to R2park.com BEFORE you leave the vehicle and register. If its not letting you from your phone perhaps your sister can register you herself. Every registry is only good for 24 hours. Do NOT be parked without reregistering for even 2 min. though... They can and have towed for it. We have a reserved parking spot we use for most visited a because indeed its a lot of foot work. But the reasons they do it are valid. Especially during the summer when everyone and their dog comes to swim in our pool and they don't even know anyone who lives here. Or people keeping 4 or 5 broken vehicles around making parking more scarce.
