I purchased my pellet stove from clean sweep about 3 years ago and had them service-clean every year. The owner of the company handed the business down to his son, and was a bad decision. After our annual cleaning, I noticed the service tech reeked like alcohol. After his service the pellet machine was not working properly. I reached out to the company and they as treated with such disrespect, I would never allow them on my property again, and suggest you do the same. By far the worst company I have dealt with in the NEK

Based on recommendations in Front Porch I scheduled a chimney cleaning with these folks back in September. They told me they were booked out for 2 months and they would come on Nov 19th. The day they were to show I got a call from them saying they were having trouble finding the place. I gave them the direction. About an our later they said they would not be coming and rescheduled me for today 12/1. Today they call and said they would be at my place at 9 am. They never showed up. I called and left a message asking when they would be here. They did not call me back.

I have been dealing with Clean Sweep for several years now and they are amazing. They installed our new stainless steel liner last fall without any hassle. Great people to work with and always pleasant and willing to work with our schedule!
