Knowledgeable and their installation and chimney sweeps are great guys! I bought two new pellet stoves and we haven't had any issues. Good variety for all budgets. Don't waste your time with Woodman's if you live in the Ossipee and Conway area.

Bought our pellet stove last winter and had it installed this spring. We have used it every weekend since November and it is great. Tim and the staff are very helpful. The install team was quick, efficient, courteous and very helpful showing me the start-up. I get my pellets from them as well. If you are in the area looking for a pellet or wood stove do not hesitate to stop by you will not be disappointed.

We have been able to stay open through out this whole ordeal. WMSS at one point was closed at the showroom, but we were able to answer phones, emails, and visit homes with masks, and temperature reading before we went. Today we are lucky to have a very large showroom, plenty of space, and can keep distance from one another. Of course the normal everyday spray, and hand sanitizer available at most corners of the showroom. But mostly we have developed a system with customers of pictures, emails, and can do most sales successfully from your home, and our office. We are willing to help with your chimney and stoves, even if it means we never get to shake hands or meet in person.
