I recently purchased a pellet stove from MSW and received EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The pellet stove I purchased and installed, immediately and unfortunately ran into issues associated with the manufacturers latest design. MSW bent over backwards to make me happy. Within 5 days of bringing this issue to MSW's attention, I was offered an incredible deal on a different stove which was then delivered and is running perfectly at my home. They are the greatest!!!

Wow. I've never been so poorly treated by people I've paid several thousands of dollars to. Brook was great- super helpful and patient in helping us determine what I would need for my installation. The other two guys were very rude and made it clear they didn't want to be bothered. Go elsewhere for your stoves if possible especially if you have a non traditional home like a yurt or tiny house.

They are on Saturday but not on Sunday
Our service technicians are available to service stoves which we have sold. We can also sell you any parts for the job if you'd like to tackle it yourself. Another option would be to call a certified chimney sweep. Many sweeps will service stoves in addition to cleaning your chimney.
