horrible horrible place... where shall i begin? 1st of all, robin, the office manager, is EXTREMELY disrespectful to all tenants and had told a neighbor of mine to shut up and said screw you to her son telling them basically theyre poor, found needles on the property, cigarettes everywhere, dog droppings all over the walkways and yards, the pond is an eyesore, maintenance guys are late to do repairs, dogs barking 24/7, the walls are extremely thin meaning you can hear all of your neighbors conversations. i have much more to say but i want to keep this relatively short. if you are going to live here i would make sure it isnt for long unless you like dope head neighbors and emergency services in and out of this place and mice living with you rent free.

the office is ran by a couple of poor excuses for “property managers” after being told for just under two months that we were approved for an apartment here, we got a phone call (not even 10 mins after signing the lease) saying there was a discrepancy in something that they should’ve brought up way before we even signed the lease. so now we’re 1 week from our move out date in our apartment with no where to go so thank you very much robyn and gina you guys suck 😊

If you like a verbally abusive property manager, neighbors that start trouble when you keep to yourself and don't mind living in an apartment where mice run rampant then this is the place for you. Apartments are old and run down, cars get broken into, police constantly in and out of there day and night, classy neighbors always breaking the machines in the laundry room, walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors having their domestic violence disputes, dogs barking all hours of the day and night, people slamming the doors late at night. The list goes on 1 year here was enough for me literally the worst apartment I've ever lived in so glad I left. Well you've heard my experience now it's up to you to be smart and make an informed decision if you're considering renting from these slumlords.

In my opinion, this is a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance guys are great. They are quickly weeding out the lowlifes who have too much time on their hands. A few years ago this place was awful to live at. It was flooded with tenants who didn't keep up with their units, cigarette buts were all over the ground, the grounds-keeping was horrible, and parking was a free-for-all. Since they brought in some new staff members things have been great. People complain about their car getting towed - the only way your car is getting towed is if it isn't marked property. An easy solution to this is to follow the rules and everyone will leave you alone. The complainers around here are the section 8 individuals who do not have jobs, but are entirely capable of working. I enjoy living here and would enjoy it even more if they completely got rid of the lazy non-contributing members of society.

yes
They charge for dogs, it already cost an arm and a leg to live here
I am not the one to ask, the property manager or an employee at the office could help you. Try google for more direct assistance.
