Small place, primary takeout. At the counter I asked what was fast, and not surprisingly was told a cold sandwich or sub. I ordered a large roast beef (on onion bun) three way, a specialty of theirs. 10-15 minutes later it was ready. I was told there was no tap water available while I say at one of the four inside tables. They also had a few outdoor tables on a small deck. The sandwich was made well, but had the meat in a ball in the middle, not distributed evenly across the pretty large bun. I suspect that's their style, but prefer it distributed, so a bite in the edge was not almost meatless and in the middle had over an inch thick. I liked the sandwich, but $13.50 was a little much for me.

I really like the food here it’s delicious and hot. Today I ordered a cheese pizza and steak and cheese for pick up over the phone. The girl told me 25 minutes and when I asked if she said 25 to clarify she hung up on me. So I went over there about 30 minutes later and told them my name. The older woman was nice and said it’ll be a few more minutes. So I wanted another 20 minutes and saw about 4 people who came in after me get their food and leave and another woman was told she was only waiting on some chicken tenders. So I asked if they knew what I was waiting on and the nice lady said oh it’ll be another minute and the girl who hung up on the phone on me very rudely told me “your food will be out when it’s ready.” Which like yes okay but there’s really no need to be rude like that I was just confused. I work in customer service I know how it is but I just wasn’t ready to be spoken to like that.

Love Blue House.... their steak tips subs are out of this world. The marinade they use and the beef is so tender u can pull it apart. If ordering a sub definitely go for the large. A small is $11.95 and a large is $12.95. Seems kinda like a no brainer to me.... we live just about in Hooksett and we drive down to eat here. So it's well worth the drive.

I have ordered delivery many times and have been a loyal customer but tonight was my last. Their food is a little on the pricey side but that’s okay because their food is really good, but when you don’t get what you order and substitutes are made without consent from the customer and that is what’s happening more and more and their resolutions is how to minimize the expense when it was their mistake. Just poor QA and some delivery drivers have a chip on their shoulder, but with all these mistakes I can understand why. I tried reaching a general manager or owner, but they ignored my calls even though it was an hour plus before they closed. Again the food is good and most of the people that work there are great, but after tonight’s experience I had to say something to let them know
