I don't typically have issues with USPS nor do I have packages being delivered with them often. I had a package delivered a day prior from eBay with 0 issues. Saw them drive right up my driveway. The next day, I had another package out that couldn't be delivered due to "no access to delivery location" because of ice. I'm not sure who delivers package in NH who can't traverse a bit of ice. The driver the day prior had no issue coming down the driveway, so I'm not sure why there would be an issue the next day. Like come on, it's NH, there's ice like 5 months out of the year.

I had a package get sent to the post office because there was nobody home to sign for it. Besides the fact that I was home all day that day, and the ring doorbell showed that nobody actually came to the door, when I went to pick up my package at the store they said it had been sent out for redelivery even though I put online that I was picking it up. I even had a picture to prove it. The woman was very rude about it too and wouldn’t admit that they had made a mistake. On top of that, the mail carrier left it at my house and said that someone signed for it, but nobody was home that day. The whole thing was a mess.

My mail carrier is either the laziest person on Earth or is unable to remove themself from the seat of their vehicle. I am so tired of having to try to remove items shipped tome that are carelessly and thoughtlessly jammed in t I'll my mail box. I had to replace the post in the fall because they just kept pushing so hard it knocked it over. Is it so hard to do the job that they get paid for?

I had an issue with a missing package, and called to see about getting it resolved. They were able to use the tracking number to get an exact GPS location on the package- which I didn't know could be done- and found that it had been delivered to my neighbor instead of me. They arranged for the carrier to bring it to my house, and all was well. A word of advice though- get better hold music if possible.
