My son went in for a cut and he always gets a number 1.5 on the side and back and number 3 on top, The lady used a number 1 on his whole head!’ His last day of school is the next day and he doesn’t want to go because of this terrible thing she did to him! This may be our family’s last trip to this place!

Very solid hair cut, wish they sprayed off the clippers before each one was used so the customer knows they're clean. I'm assuming they were done beforehand but better to be seen. Prices are going up. 2nd bump in 8 months.

My son had a bad experience with someone previously who cut his hair too short. We gave it another try with another hairdresser who I specifically shared the experience with asking that she make sure to keep the front long. She acknowledged saying don’t worry I won’t cut it too short. Needless to say while she was cutting and my son spoke up to say it was too short she insisted that she had to cut it short. He was so upset and as a result we will not be going back.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
