BEAUTIFUL park, super clear & good flow on the stream. Great tree coverage, picnic/bbq areas, and nice bathrooms. Not a fan of fees, but im sure the 2$ helps keep metered entry and accelerated litter/irresponsible use.

I have a 35' trailer and had to put 12" of blocking under the right side to be able to level it. Most sites need to be leveled, to make them usable. Trees also scratched my trailer as they need to be trimmed. Best part of the park was Dane the host, great personality & attitude.

This park is beautiful! Lovely cascading brooks along dense beautiful Oak, Sycamore Eucalyptus, Cypress, & other Native Beauties! Playground area for the kids is stunning, littered with backdrops of Autumnal Maroons along the Sulfur Mountain (along the east Hwy 33). Lush green trails grant walkers & horseback riders access to the Ojai Valley Trail! & don't forget to check out Foster Bowl, which is located just North past the park on the left hand side along west Mountain! Foster park is a site to see!

If it is already open.
The park is closed but if you park under the bridge and you walk to the left there is a path and that leads you to the river
Marta Salazar if you camped here? I want to go this weekend
If you can swim
Can someone tell me if this Saturday June 27th I will be away? Because apparently I heard that it's only happening Monday through Thursday. Thanks in advance
It's open late, only if there are many cars close the parking lot but you can walk in,
NO...ITS FORE DAILY USE ONLY... "YOU MIGHT TRY LAKE CASTIAS...AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU... MICHAEL ANDREW NIELL...
I've seen people set up jumpers on more than one occasion. Was it allowed? That I'm not sure.
Today not because it is a holiday. It is from Monday to Thursday.
It is open all the time You can go the day you want my Reyna and if you like M you can invite I say to take care of her
I went yesterday but we really didn't ask if it was going to be open on Saturday
The truth no
It is open weekends. But some people say that they went on a weekend and it was closed.
Hello, I went last Saturday and the firefighters to saw is open from Monday to Friday and if possible yesterday, roasted carnita and they open at 7:30 am
Yes
Yes, but it is a lot of people.if you want to park inside you need to arrive super early. Only allow 100 vehicles inside. You can park outside in get in walking
Weekdays $ 2. And weekend5 but it is a park that many children have fun
BS , no killer at all in Casitas!!!
I would. Especially since summer is ending and people are trying to squeeze in one more camping trip.
Yes you can
If I remember correctly there was a no smoking sign before entering the park, even vapes.and many people there were Drinking alcoholic beverages
I just looked online and it says only service dogs 😣 only if your camping they are allowed on leash and 2 per campsite
In the park itself there leaches are required. However outside the park and in the river bottom minutes away, I see unleashed dogs with their humans walking around. Usually there are no other people present. When I run across these folks the dogs are friendly. I let the people know I have no fears with their dogs and not to worry.
This place is beautiful I recomend for you
Foster Park has three sites. Two are for camping and the section closest to HWY 33 is for day use. There is usually a day use charge and a camp host at all three sites and county park rangers to enforce payment.
Go to https://www.venturaparks.org/mbl/camping/#searchBtn and get the current prices and availability.
Maggie McCollum summed it up well. Ventura is a great place, Google what you want if it is beyond what Von's carries. Lots of good eats between Foster Park and Von's on Ventura Ave.
No showers. Beautiful park.
Not available online as far as I know
No
