I'm an online seller in Atlanta and had to contact this post office after a package did not arrive at its correct location. I filed a claim and received a phone call from a real person at this location within a couple hours. She was very helpful and even sent the currier out to check for the package at it's intended destination. I received a call back a couple days later to check in. Got to the bottom of it, lack of delivery was through the selling platform and was no fault of this post office. All around very helpful. Excellent customer service. Normally dealing with the post office with lost packages is a headache. I had to leave a 5 star because this was the absolute best service I've had in dealing with delivery issues. Thank you!

A very nice post office with cheerful employees- something that I definitely haven' seen at other Post Offices. I stood in line for a bit, so I had the opportunity to losten to a few exchanges between the 3 employees and customers. The employees all seemed to be making an effort to be friendly and to provide good customer experience. There is adequate and free parking.

Multiple packages and bills have been marked as "delivered", however they were clearly not delivered TO ME! I have bills that I can only pay via mail, but I've been receiving said bills too late, or they're not arriving at all. I have late fees piling up, and again: these are bills that I cannot just pay online. I rely on the postal service to do its job! Also several packages that I've been expecting have not gotten to me, we're talking hundreds of dollars! THIS IS RUINING MY LIFE. Get it together, USPS!

Keep getting mail that's been tampered with, and it's ONLY financial mail; Never personal letters, and it's been going on for months. I spoke with an "manager" who was no help, so next step is filing a complaint with the USPIS. They've also informed me that there is no security cameras in the back, I highly suggest finding a different post office!
