After living in NYC for the last 10 years, I was nervous about owning a car in a long time. Nick was FANTASTIC through the entire process, from my first test drive all the way through driving off the lot with my new car! He patiently answered all of my questions, gave me the information and space I needed to make any decisions, and made me truly feel like I was a valued customer. He also gave me all the updates a Type A person like me could ever want about the progress of my car being built and delivered (thank you so much for that!!). He’s extremely professional but also makes you feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend talking about cars. On car pickup day, I was delighted to meet Ralph, who was so helpful in walking me through all the new features and making sure I felt comfortable with my new car before driving off. His explanations were clear and easy to understand, and I loved that he was excited about the technology as well. That gave me more confidence in my decision to get a Lexus and I can’t wait to explore all the cool features! I also could have not asked for a better finance manager than Alex. Being alone as a first-time car buyer trying to understand all the details of financing a car could have been really stressful, but he made this part of the buying process seamless. I still can’t believe how amazing that experience was! He was so friendly and clearly explained everything we were doing and always made space for me to ask questions before moving on to the next step. I hope every first-time car buyer (or any car buyer) is as lucky as I was to work with Alex! Did I hit the jackpot with the team I got to work with at Lexus??? I definitely did! Thank you to all for providing the best experience, and especially to Nick who I could not have completed this process without!

Nice place to buy a car. My experience with them has been really good. Not gimmicks and very professional staff. I declined warranty and service package and never felt pressured to get it although I know that means a lot for most dealers. I’m looking forward to my next new car purchase
