My fiance and I visited this location last weekend. We were looking for a recliner as well as a possible new living room set. Ours is getting worn out and we are expecting a new baby in October so we want the house all together for when shes here. We were greeted by Nancy she gave us our space let us look and I did truly appreciate not being hounded. I found the recliner and loved it unfortunately no longer could be ordered brand new so we had to buy off the floor. Not a huge deal because I loved it! Yes my fiance and I are younger but she kept mentioning to us financing the chair interest free for 6 months. We said thank you for the information we want to check out one more store before we buy just to make sure it's the one ill be comfortable rocking our newborn in. She then said oh I understand being young and tight for money and need to check out options. We are well off, we did not dress the best because we had painting and moving of furniture to do at our house that day, so I felt judged on how I was dressed. We told her we could be paying for it that day not financing. We checked out the other store and returned for this recliner because I loved it. She then mentioned 2 more times financing the chair as I had our card in my hand to pay. I understand there may be credit to the sales rep for opening an account, but if I tell you I have the money please don't keep pushing the financing. Ultimately this lead us to just the recliner VS a new living room set because why be questioned on my income and ability to pay. Maybe we will return to work with someone else but I left feeling like because I'm young I can't afford something. If I couldn't afford it I wouldn't have been in the store looking. When we picked it up that afternoon after switching cars from a sedan to our brand new 2022 SUV I was tempted to dress the way we normally do to maybe show her not to judge a book by its cover.

I recommend when shopping here that you ask upfront when the delivery dates are for your furniture. I was not told of the dates until the day I came back to apply for credit. I was bothered all week receiving text message after text message about the sale price and manager discount and the dates and times my salesperson would be in the store to walk me through my purchase. What she neglected to tell me was the furniture wouldn't be delivered until mid September and the other pieces in October. (3 months away). She was more concerned with making a commission than being transparent with me and letting me know of my delivery dates. I felt I was baited by the salesperson to come in and was pressured to commit once they had me go through the credit process FIRST and sign paperwork. This is a sales tactic to make a customer make an impulse purchase. Not only was she rude when I needed time to think on the purchase at the desk but she started whispering to other sales associates when they were curious why I was upset. Talk about unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable. They lack transparency, communication and professionalism. I do not recommend this place!

No starts - worst experience EVER! Ordered a chair custom. Waited. Wrong one delivered - said they would call that day. Never called. Only one phone number for ANYONE - sales - service - delivery and they just punt and no one calls back. EVER. No response - no fix - nothing. After weeks still nothing. So we are stopping the payment (they were GOOD at taking that) and wont buy from them ever again. NEGATIVE STARS

Lise spent time with my wife and I to find the furniture we needed. We knew we would have to wait for the furniture to be built and delivery would be slow. We are so happy with our new living room. We could not have pulled this together without Lise's incredible help and staying in touch with us while we waited. It is even more beautiful than we remembered and looks perfect in our home.

No. The in store pieces are just for display. You have to order from them and they will tell you how long it will take for delivery. Ours we ordered will take several weeks.

Does anyone or place take Lazy Boy recliners that has damage or we just throw it out in the trash?

Goodwill used to repair. You're going to have to contact the garbage company & arrange for oversize item pick up.
