From the day of the 1st phone call, to the quote, to the installation, their knowledge of the stoves and general building construction was amazing. If you are building a project don’t consider this company.. I have waited for months for a piece for our fireplace . My last call to follow up on this order that has taken over 5 months without the correct order, the customer service person abruptly told be he canceled our order and hung up on me. Don’t even consider this company to be reliable. They are awful
