Joanne was a very inexperienced legal aid whom didn't even understand the 6th and 8th amendment nor understand what a "grace period" was. What an incoherent, delusional, unintelligent, and highly disrespectful woman who even violated my civil rights of vehicular stalking. This is why these legal aid services are worthless, senseless, and feeble. Because these aren't even experienced attorneys with authentic criminal justice degrees. These are unintelligent and moronic people with degrees straight outta a certified salvation army paralegal course. Thats probably why they accept foodstamps, kool aid, and government cheese as payments instead of real cash. Inexperience.

It would be nice if you guys would update your site as to where your new location is or answer your phones. People ask me on a daily basis where you are located. UNPROFESSIONAL P.S. After making numerous phone calls and finally getting a response at your Watertown office, I am happy to announce that your services have moved to 268 Genesee St. for anyone in need of legal aid. Thank you for your help

Best thing to do is to apply for legal counsel through our website www.lasmny.org. There is a moratorium on COVID-related residential and commercial evictions for New York State which is in effect until January 15, 2022 currently
They might have some suggestions but at this point nothing can be done legally... The ppl to call is the department of Labor Standards... and make them aware of what is taking place where u wrk... this can help you in the event u are terminated...
