The refrigerator stopped working a few days after moving in and it took 4 days for them to replace it. They didn't reimburse me for lost food, but did offer to let me store my food in the model unit down the street. Imagine wanting creamer for your coffee and walking down the street for it... The beds are small (full sized) and definitely not made for 2 people, even in the 2 bedroom unit.

When you move out make sure you take your own photos. They will switch out the appliances and say you damaged them. Then refuse to pay you your security deposit! Not to mention raising your rent $100.00 or more a year! Over priced and horrible Managment!

Great place to live. Beings that all buildings are new. Staff is fabulous. Everyone is a joy around here as neighbors. Many have one or more dogs. No abnormalities in noise levels or disturbances. Lovely dog park in the middle of the campus. Club house has an awesome gym set up, with an outdoor pool, and a expresso machine to use at your request! Dog poop stations including bags and garbages are all over, in professional installments, which is truly an awesome bonus. The cars crowding the narrow roads which have no sidewalks might be the only negative of living in this community. But fear not, because the speed limit is low so it’s safe for you and your furry friend to be walking around them. Any over flow traffic for the community can park on the side of the roads, half in the grass, which has really ruined the landscape and curb appeal around here.

Deerfield Place is by far the best neighborhood in the area. My fiancé and I moved here for the year from San Diego for work. The entire staff from the office to maintenance, including the residents here have been so welcoming and friendly. It really doesn’t get any better than this. The property is beautiful, with excellent amenities. We took full advantage of the pool and gym during our time here. Maintenance is super responsive, and they take care of plowing all the snow in the winter. Deerfield Place has lots of fun weekend activities and events for the residents including yoga, BBQs, wine and painting, etc. We absolutely loved it here. We’re heading back to California, and wish we could take Deerfield Place with us!
