My son, his girlfriend, and their child I’ve been fighting with the company to spray for ants for six months with no luck. Their apartment complex is infested with ants and they only sent someone out one time which didn’t do a whole lot. Every day they have ants in our kitchen, bathroom, and all over the floor throughout the apartment. They don’t like to invite people over because of the ant problem. When you’re sitting on the couch they’ll start crawling up your legs. They have contacted them many times and they are just ignored. The customer service really stinks and they’re very rude when you ask for help.

I LOVE this company! They made my process of transitioning the lease to my name seamless, painless, and were so understanding and patient answering my questions -- I am so thankful for them! Also, the women in the office are absolutely top notch -- if you're looking for an apartment/home I highly recommend VIP. Their pricing is great, and our little home is lovely. My only complaint was the need for after hours maintenance just in case there was an issue -- but aside from that, they are wonderful.
