The RUDE STAFF who are in the store are very rude and disrespectful to the Elders in our community. I am very very upset to know that these people at this location disrespected a elder woman African-American in her 80s AS THESE RATS WERE mocking her and making her feel uncomfortable. The staff here needs to be retrained they need a humanities course and an ethics class to learn how to treat people the way they wanna be treated and whoever the manager is to hire these kind of DEVIL MINDED people should be ashamed of themselves-they wouldn’t want this type of stuff to happen to their mother stay away from this place they’re no good and they’re representing a company in a bad way racially profiling is what it’s called!!!

Came in 40 mins before the store closed and the guy couldn't wait for me to leave under the excuse that they were closing soon. He was rude. I had the full intention of upgrading my phone there but after such terrible service I prefer getting it directly from Samsung. I could hear that he was treating the previous customer in the same way he treated me. He treated her as if she was dumb for asking questions. I regret I didn't get his name before walking out.
